  • an elongate manipulation member having a first connection member proximate a distal end of the elongate manipulation member;

    an intervention member having a second connection member; and

    a third connection member connected to the first connection member and the second connection member such that the first connection member can rotate relative to the second connection member within a non-infinite rotation range of at least 180°

    without deformation of any of the first connection member, the second connection member, or the third connection member,wherein the first connection member comprises a first loop, the second connection member comprises a second loop, and the third connection member comprises a third loop substantially permanently interlinked with the first loop and the second loop,wherein the first loop, the second loop, and the third loop comprise rigid materials, andwherein the intervention member is expandable to an expanded diameter that is greater than a maximum diameter of the elongate manipulation member.
