1. A system for delivery of an intracorporeal device to an intracorporeal target site into a patient, the system comprising:

  • an intracorporeal device, the intracorporeal device being configured to be delivered through a device delivery pathway which is configured to extend at least from an entry point into the patient to a separate exit point from the patient, andat least two delivery devices, including a first, proximal transcatheter delivery device and a second, distal transcatheter delivery device which is separate from the first, proximal transcatheter delivery device,the intracorporeal device comprising;

    a proximal end detachably coupled with the proximal transcatheter delivery device, and a distal end detachably coupled with the distal transcatheter delivery device, so that the intracorporeal device can be manipulated and guided towards the intracorporeal target site from both the entry point and the exit point after insertion into the patient,wherein the intracorporeal device is configured to be implanted across one or more anatomical walls at the intracorporeal target site, so that the proximal end of the intracorporeal device is positioned on a proximal side of said one or more anatomical walls and the distal end of the intracorporeal device is positioned on a proximal side of said one or more anatomical walls,wherein the proximal transcatheter delivery device is configured to be disposed through the entry point and extends to the proximal end of the intracorporeal device, and the distal transcatheter delivery device is configured to be disposed through the exit point and extends to the distal end of the intracorporeal device.
