1. A liquid crystal display device, comprising:

  • a substrate;

    a semiconductor layer over the substrate;

    a gate insulating layer over the semiconductor layer;

    a gate electrode over the gate insulating layer;

    a source electrode and a drain electrode over and electrically connected to the semiconductor layer;

    a first insulating layer over the gate electrode;

    a first conductive layer over the first insulating layer;

    a second conductive layer over the first insulating layer;

    a second insulating layer over the first conductive layer;

    a common conductive layer over the second insulating layer;

    a pixel electrode over the second insulating layer, the pixel electrode being electrically connected to one of the source electrode and the drain electrode; and

    a liquid crystal material over the common conductive layer and the pixel electrode,wherein the second conductive layer comprises aluminum,wherein the common conductive layer is indium tin oxide,wherein a resistance of the second conductive layer is lower than a resistance of the common conductive layer,wherein a part of the first conductive layer overlaps with the second conductive layer, the common conductive layer, and the pixel electrode, andwherein the first conductive layer does not overlap with any of the semiconductor layer, the gate electrode, the source electrode, and the drain electrode.
