Dynamic adaptable environment resource management controller apparatuses, methods and systems
First Claim
1. A dynamic adaptable environment resource apparatus, comprising:
- a plurality of environment sensors configured to collect home status data;
a graphical interface configured to receive and/or display resource schedule data;
a processor configured to;
process the resource schedule data and the home status data and issue communications to implement at least one adaptive environment schedule, the at least one adaptive environment schedule changing based on the processed resource schedule data and the processed home status data,receive a user request to initiate a temporary override of the at least one adaptive environment schedule,implement a temporary override schedule based on the temporary override of the at least one adaptive environment schedule without adjusting the at least one adaptive environment schedule, the temporary override schedule being a different schedule from the at least one adaptive environment schedule and including a specified time period for the duration of the temporary override schedule, andreturn to the at least one adaptive environment schedule after completion of the specified time period of the temporary override schedule, wherein home status data collected from the plurality of environment sensors during the temporary override of the at least one adaptive environment schedule does not change the at least one adaptive environment schedule.

Abstract
The DYNAMIC ADAPTABLE ENVIRONMENT RESOURCE MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS (“DAERMC”) transforms various user, component and environment inputs into responsive environment outputs. In some implementations, the DAERMC allows users to manage a plurality of locations via mobile electronic devices (e.g., electronic mobile devices, resource management devices, and/or the like), and may be able to integrate and provide a plurality of information from said devices, including location data, current and projected weather data, current and future resource usage data, messages and/or like notifications, resource usage schedules, resource usage reports, resource usage settings, overrides, and/or the like.

8. A dynamic adaptable environment resource processor implemented method, comprising:
-
receiving a request to initiate a heat blast or a cool blast at a resource management device; creating a temporary blast schedule based on the request; overriding a current schedule with the temporary blast schedule for a duration of the temporary blast schedule; calculating a temporary blast schedule termination delay based on a duration of the temporary blast schedule, or based on a difference between a final temperature of the temporary blast schedule and a regular schedule temperature of the current schedule; implementing the temporary blast schedule termination delay after the temporary blast schedule ends; and restoring the current schedule after the temporary blast schedule termination delay. - View Dependent Claims (9, 10, 11)

12. A dynamic adaptable environment resource processor implemented method, comprising:
-
receiving a request to initiate a heat blast or a cool blast at a resource management device; overriding a current schedule with a temporary blast schedule, the temporary blast schedule being based on the request; initiating a temporary blast schedule initiation notification action; determining if the temporary blast schedule is close to ending, such that the resource management device initiates a temporary blast schedule termination warning notification action if the temporary blast schedule is close to ending; determining when the temporary blast schedule has ended, such that the resource management device initiates a temporary blast schedule termination notification action when the temporary blast schedule ends; calculating a temporary blast schedule termination delay based on a duration of the temporary blast schedule, or based on a difference between a final temperature of the temporary blast schedule and a regular schedule temperature of the current schedule; implementing the temporary blast schedule termination delay after the temporary blast schedule ends; and restoring the current schedule after the temporary blast schedule termination delay. - View Dependent Claims (13, 14, 15, 16)

17. A dynamic adaptable environment resource apparatus, comprising:
-
a processor; and a memory disposed in communication with the processor and containing processor-readable instructions that enable the processor to; determine environment control parameters; determine environment temporal preferences; determine an at least one adaptive environment schedule based on determined environment control parameters and determined environment temporal preferences; implement the at least one adaptive environment schedule, the implementation of the at least one adaptive environment schedule including monitoring at least one sensor and adjusting an at least one HVAC device to maintain environmental conditions according to the at least one adaptive environment schedule; receive a temporary override request to change environment conditions relative to the at least one adaptive environment schedule; and implement the temporary override request without adjusting the at least one adaptive environment schedule, wherein data collected from the at least one sensor during the temporary override of the at least one adaptive environment schedule does not change the at least one adaptive environment schedule.
