1. A cell selection method for an inter-frequency sidelink operation performed by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the cell selection method comprising:

  • receiving, by the UE from a serving cell, system information that includes a cell selection parameter; and

performing evaluation for cell selection of a cell of a non-serving frequency using the cell selection parameter received from the serving cell, wherein the UE selects the cell of the non-serving frequency for sidelink discovery announcement based on the evaluation, wherein the cell selection parameter includes a required minimum received power level in the cell of the non-serving frequency, andwherein when a specific parameter is not included in the cell selection parameter, which is used for the performing the evaluation for the cell selection of the cell of the non-serving frequency, the UE applies a zero value to the specific parameter.
