1. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) comprising:

  • a receiver; and

    a transmitter, whereinthe receiver is configured to receive layer 3 (L3) control information, wherein the L3 control information indicates, for an allocation of resources, at least a first frequency domain resource allocation, periodicity information, duration information, sequence information, and repetition information;

    the transmitter is configured to periodically transmit, based on the periodicity information, uplink data according to the L3 control information;

    the receiver is configured to receive layer 1/layer 2 (L1/L2) control information, after at least one uplink data transmission according to the L3 control information, wherein the L1/L2 control information indicates at least a second frequency domain resource allocation;

    the transmitter is configured to transmit uplink data according to the L1/L2 control information; and

    the transmitter is configured to transmit at least one uplink data transmission according to the L3 control information, after the transmission of the uplink data according to the L1/L2 control information.
