1. A catheter, comprising:

  • a catheter body, wherein the catheter body includes a single lumen and a distal lumen opening, wherein the lumen extends through the catheter body along a longitudinal axis of the catheter body, wherein a distal end of the catheter body forms a tapered tip; and

    a first hole formed through a portion of the tapered tip, wherein the first hole has a width that is less than an inner diameter of the single lumen, wherein the first hole includes a distal surface and a proximal surface that extend from an outer opening located no more than partially on the tapered tip to an inner opening of the catheter body, wherein the distal surface is inclined at an acute angle with respect to the longitudinal axis of the catheter body, wherein the acute angle opens distally with respect to the catheter body, wherein the proximal surface is parallel to the distal surface; and

    a second hole disposed distal to the first hole and on the tapered tip, wherein the first hole and the second hole are arranged such that a fluid jet exiting the first hole collides with another fluid jet exiting the second hole.
