1. A data transmission method, comprising:

  • detecting an air interface status parameter of a first communications standard network and an air interface status parameter of a second communications standard network;

    decreasing a data packet sending rate of the first or second communications standard network when the corresponding air interface status parameter is less than a preset threshold, wherein the preset threshold comprises multiple threshold values, wherein each threshold value corresponds to one data packet sending rate, wherein decreasing the data packet sending rate of the first or second communications standard network comprises;

    when the air interface status parameter of the first or second communications standard network is less than multiple threshold values of the preset threshold, decreasing the data packet sending rate of the first or second communications standard network to a data packet sending rate corresponding to a smallest threshold value among the threshold values;

    increasing a data packet sending rate of the first or second communications standard network when the first or second communication standard network has a decreased data packet sending rate and the air interface status parameter of the first or second communications standard network is not less than the preset threshold; and

    allocating, according to the data packet sending rate of the first communications standard network and the data packet sending rate of the second communications standard network, a data packet to the first communications standard network and the second communications standard network for sending.
