Abstract

A lens driving module is provided and includes a movable member for holding a lens, a fixed member movably connected to the movable member and includes a bottom spaced apart from the movable member, a first electromagnetic component, and an adhesive material disposed on the bottom. The bottom includes a conductive layer formed in the bottom and electrically connected to the first electromagnetic component, a position sensor electrically connected to the conductive layer, and a terminal electrically connected to the conductive layer and exposed by and partially embedded in the bottom, wherein a distance between an upper surface of the bottom and the movable member is less than a distance between the adhesive material and the movable member, a recess is formed on the upper surface, and the position sensor is disposed in the recess.

Claims

1. An lens driving module, comprising:

a fixed member;

a movable member for holding a lens and movably connected to the fixed member, wherein the lens has a main axis; and

a first electromagnetic component for driving the movable member to move relative to the fixed member, wherein the fixed member comprises a bottom spaced apart from the movable member, and the bottom comprises;

a conductive layer fowled in the bottom and electrically connected to the first electromagnetic component;

a position sensor for detecting a movement of the movable member to the fixed member and electrically connected to the conductive layer; and

a terminal electrically connected to the conductive layer and exposed by and partially embedded in the bottom, wherein a recess is formed on a surface of the bottom, and the position sensor is disposed in the recess, wherein the recess comprises a recess surface facing the position sensor, an electrical connecting portion is disposed between the sensor and the recess surface, the sensor is electrically connected to the conductive layer through the electrical connecting portion, and at least a portion of the sensor overlaps the electrical connecting portion and the recess surface when viewed in a normal direction of the recess surface.

2. The lens driving module as claimed in claim 1, wherein a distance between the upper surface and the movable member is less than a distance between the position sensor and the movable member.

The lens driving module as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a second electromagnetic component for driving the movable member to move relative to the fixed member, wherein the bottom has a rectangular shape, and the electromagnetic component and the recess are positioned on a side of the bottom.

4. The lens driving module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom has a rectangular shape, and the recess is positioned on a corner of the bottom.

5. The lens driving module as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a second electromagnetic component, wherein the bottom has a rectangle shape, the second electromagnetic component is disposed on a side of the bottom, and a narrow portion is formed on a center of the side.

The lens driving module as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a second electromagnetic component disposed on the bottom for driving the movable member to move relative to the fixed member, wherein the second electromagnetic component comprises a first coil and a second coil, and the first coil and the second coil overlap with each other when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the upper surface.

7. The lens driving module as claimed in claim 6, wherein the dimension of the first coil is different from the second coil when viewed from a direction parallel to the upper surface.

The lens driving module as claimed in claim 7, wherein the dimension of the first coil is greater to the second coil when viewed from a direction parallel to the upper surface, and a distance between the first coil and the movable portion is less than a distance between the second coil and the movable portion.

The lens driving module as claimed in claim 8, further comprising a coil substrate, wherein the coil substrate comprises a first interlayer connection entirely embedded in the coil substrate, and the first coil and the second coil are disposed in the coil substrate and electrically connected with each other through the first interlayer connection.

The lens driving module as claimed in claim 9, wherein the coil substrate comprises a second interlayer connection, the second coil is electrically connected to the conductive layer through the second interlayer connection, and at least a portion of the second interlayer connection is exposed from the coil substrate.

11. The lens driving module as claimed in claim 1, wherein a shortest distance between the recess surface and the movable member is less than a shortest distance between the sensor and the movable member.
