1. A method for improving vehicle technology, comprising:
- presenting, by an in-vehicle display, a first graphical presentation, the in-vehicle display installed in a vehicle and communicatively coupled to an on-board computer comprising on-board computer memory, the first graphical presentation presenting a selectable accident scene assistant indicator;
responsive to a selection of the accident scene assistant indicator, determining, by the on-board computer, an impact to the vehicle and a location of the impact on the vehicle;
presenting, by the in-vehicle display, a second graphical presentation, the second graphical presentation presenting (a) at least one of the impact to the vehicle or the location of the impact on the vehicle, and (b) a selectable claim indicator to report a claim;
responsive to a selection of the claim indicator, retrieving, by the on-board computer from the on-board computer memory, information of the vehicle and information of an accident leading to the impact;
communicating, by the on-board computer, with a mobile phone of an insured to launch an interactive app on the mobile phone of the insured, the interactive app facilitating the selection of at least one of photos, videos, or voice memos of the accident;
transmitting, by the on-board computer to a server, the information of the vehicle, the information of the accident, and the selected photos, videos, or voice memos of the accident; and
presenting, by the in-vehicle display, a third graphical presentation, the third graphical presentation comprising a confirmation of the transmission to the server.
