1. A display device comprising:

  • a first transistor comprising a first gate electrode, a first semiconductor film comprising a first channel region, and a first source electrode and a first drain electrode which are electrically connected to the first semiconductor film;

    a second transistor comprising a second gate electrode, a second semiconductor film comprising a second channel region, and a second source electrode and a second drain electrode which are electrically connected to the second semiconductor film;

    a first line electrically connected to the first gate electrode and the second gate electrode;

    a second line electrically connected to one of the first source electrode and the first drain electrode;

    a third line electrically connected to one of the second source electrode and the second drain electrode;

    a first pixel electrode electrically connected to the other of the first source electrode and the first drain electrode;

    a second pixel electrode electrically connected to the other of the second source electrode and the second drain electrode;

    a first insulating film over the first transistor, the second transistor, the first pixel electrode and the second pixel electrode; and

    a common electrode which is over the first insulating film,wherein the first line intersects with the second line and the third line,wherein the common electrode does not overlap with the first channel region and the second channel region,wherein the common electrode comprises a first region extending in a direction intersecting with the first line,wherein the first region of the common electrode intersects with the first line and the first region does not overlap with each of the second line and the third line,wherein the common electrode comprises stripe regions,wherein the stripe regions extend in a direction intersecting with the second line, intersect with the second line and the third line, and overlap with both of the first pixel electrode and the second pixel electrode, andwherein the common electrode does not overlap an intersection of the first line and the second line and an intersection of the first line and the third line.
