1. A system for controlling a first switch terminal of a building occupied by one or more building occupants, comprising:

  • first and second switch terminals including a plurality of switch terminal parameters for a switch terminal relative to the building, comprising;

    a first computer system coupled to the first switch terminal of the building at a first location of the building;

    a second computer system coupled to the second switch terminal of the building at a second location of the building, the second computer system running on at least one platform, the first and second computer systems being in communication with each other, the second switch terminal supplementing information obtained from the first switch terminal to allow the first and second switch terminals to interact with each other and execute additional capabilities;

    a first plurality of sensors and a second set of sensors respectively coupled to the first and second switch terminals and the first computer and second computer system, at least a portion of the sensors having signal data to the first and second computer systems; and

    a locking mechanism to couple wiring components of the first and second switch terminals to circuitry wiring without live points of contact, the locking mechanism having quick capture and release of the circuitry wiring to the wiring components, and the circuitry wiring is isolated internally to the to the first and second switch terminals respectively and couples the wiring components to the circuitry wiring without damaging circuit wiring;

    wherein the locking mechanism is a mechanical locking mechanism; and

    a user can activate the locking mechanism to release the coupling of wiring components and the locking mechanism while the locking mechanism deactivates the locking elements allowing the wiring components to be pulled out of the switch terminal.
