1. A communication control device, comprising:
- circuitry configured to;
acquire information indicating a terminal device which is a device candidate for performing wireless communication of a cellular system using a shared frequency band shared between the wireless communication of the cellular system and wireless communication conforming to a wireless local area network (LAN) standard;
notify the terminal device of a measurement duration using a frequency of the cellular system; and
control initializing the wireless communication using the shared frequency band on a basis of a result of carrier sensing received from the terminal device using a frequency of the cellular system, the result of carrier sensing being generated during the measurement duration by the terminal device,wherein the shared frequency band is used not for a primary component carrier but for a secondary component carrier, the primary component carrier and the secondary component carrier are aggregated in accordance with carrier aggregation and both of the component carriers using a same cellular communication scheme, and the secondary component carrier is able to be added or removed.

circuitry configured to; be notified of a measurement duration using a frequency of a cellular system from a communication control device in case that the terminal device is a device candidate for performing wireless communication of the cellular system using a shared frequency band shared between the wireless communication of the cellular system and wireless communication conforming to a wireless local area network (LAN) standard; generate result of carrier sensing during the measurement duration; transmit the result of carrier sensing to the communication control device using a frequency of the cellular system; and be controlled to initializing the wireless communication using the shared frequency band on a basis of a result of carrier sensing, wherein the shared frequency band is used not for a primary component carrier but for a secondary component carrier, the primary component carrier and the secondary component carrier are aggregated in accordance with carrier aggregation and both of the component carriers using a same cellular communication scheme, and the secondary component carrier is able to be added or removed. - View Dependent Claims (14, 15)
