1. A blending device comprising:
- a blending container comprising a body, a handle, and a base, wherein the blending container is operatively attachable to a blender base; and
a wireless power source operatively disposed within at least one of the body, the handle, or the base and directly connected thereto for supplying power to the blending container;
a coil operatively positioned in the blender container and electrically coupled to the power source;
a first magnet operatively positioned in the blender container, wherein operative movement of the first magnet induces current in the coil and wherein the current charges the power source; and
wherein the blending container comprises a wireless sensor disposed in or directly on at least one of the body, the handle, or the base,wherein the wireless sensor is powered by the power source, andwherein the wireless sensor is free of physical connections to the blender base.
