1. A multiple helical anchor and delivery system for repairing wall defects, plicating tissue, and treating lesions or damaged tissue, comprising:

  • a sheath tubular member;

    a first inner tubular member axially parallel to said sheath tubular member, said first inner tubular member having a proximal end, a distal end, and an inner lumen;

    a second inner tubular member axially parallel to said sheath tubular member, said second inner tubular member having a proximal end, a distal end, and an inner lumen;

    a third inner tubular member axially parallel to said sheath tubular member, wherein said third inner tubular member includes a mechanism that functions to at least one of tightening, locking, releasing, and cutting one or more straps or sutures, wherein the mechanism comprises a distal cap, an intermediary inner tubular member and a cinching and excising inner tubular member provided inside the intermediary inner tubular member, wherein the intermediary inner tubular member comprises a retraction ball mechanism and a first window configured to allow the one or more straps or sutures to pass therethrough, the first window comprises a sharp distal end, and the cinching and excising inner tubular member comprises a second window configured to allow the one or more straps or sutures to pass therethrough, wherein when the retraction ball retracts towards the third inner tubular member, the intermediary inner tubular member is separated from the cinching and excising inner tubular member, such that the sharp distal end of the first window cooperates with a proximate end of the second window to cut the one or more straps or sutures;

    a first transition portion engaged to the distal end of said first inner tubular member, said first transition portion including a first connector with a detachable engagement means that releases a first releasable connector;

    a second transition portion engaged to the distal end of said second tubular member said second transition portion including a second connector with a detachable engagement means that releases a second releasable connector;

    a first tissue helical anchor;

    a second tissue helical anchor;

    said first tissue helical device removably engaged to the distal end of said first releasable connector; and

    said second tissue helical device removably engaged to the distal end of said second releasable connector.
