    a second housing portion configured to selectively engage with and disengage from the first housing portion;

    a non-pressurized collapsible reservoir comprising a reservoir wall and a septum and located in the first housing portion, wherein the septum is directly attached to the reservoir wall, the reservoir having an interior volume for containing a fluid, the reservoir having an outlet connectable to the fluid path, the interior volume of the reservoir being collapsible to reduce the interior volume;

    a flexible barrier member operable on the fluid path; and

    a pumping assembly operatively connectable to the flexible barrier membrane when the first and second housing portions are engaged, the pumping assembly selectively causing movement of fluid from the reservoir to the injection site anda motor operatively coupled to the pumping assembly, wherein movement of the pumping assembly moves the fluid from the reservoir to the injection site.
