1. An acrylic polymer comprising:

  • at least one acrylic block copolymer comprisinga first reactive segment of controlled molecular weight and position that comprises at least one monomer comprising a functional group selected from the group consisting of a UV active functional group, a reactive functional group, a non-reactive functional group, and combinations thereof; and

    a second segment of controlled molecular weight and position that comprises at least one monomer comprising a functional group selected from the group consisting of a reactive functional group, a non-reactive functional group, and combinations thereof,wherein the first reactive segment comprises at least one monomer comprising a UV active functional group, andwherein the first reactive segment and the second segment are molecularly miscible before cure as expressed by their properties on the bulk state that are indicative of a single phase polymer.
