L1 is a value of lightness of the oil composition, and L2 is a value of lightness of an emulsified product obtained by adding 100 mass times of fresh water to the oil composition, wherein with respect to a total amount of the oil composition, 40% or more and 95% or less of the oil, 0.5% or more and 10% or less of the ionic surfactant, and 3% or more and 36.4% or less of the polyhydric alcohol are blended, and the ionic surfactant is an amphoteric surfactant of lysophospholipid.
