Abstract

The present disclosure provides engineered RNA-guided enzymes for editing live cells.

Claims

1. An engineered nucleic acid-guided nuclease with an altered fidelity relative to the nucleic acid-guided nuclease having the sequence of SEQ ID No. 1, wherein the engineered nucleic acid-guided nuclease has a sequence comprising any of SEQ ID Nos. 4-7.

2. The engineered nucleic acid-guided nuclease of claim 1 comprising SEQ ID No. 4.

3. The engineered nucleic acid-guided nuclease of claim 1 comprising SEQ ID No. 5.

4. The engineered nucleic acid-guided nuclease of claim 1 comprising SEQ ID No. 6.

5. The engineered nucleic acid-guided nuclease of claim 1 comprising SEQ ID No. 7.

6. An enzyme cocktail comprising an engineered nucleic acid-guided nuclease of claim 1.
