1. A heat sink with condensing fins and phase change material, comprising:

  • a thermally conductive housing, the thermally conductive housing forming an internal chamber, the thermally conductive housing having a first wall and an opposed second wall;

    at least one heat source in contact with the first wall of the thermally conductive housing;

    a thermal conductivity medium disposed within the internal chamber and in direct contact with the first wall of the thermally conductive housing;

    a body of liquid phase change material disposed within the internal chamber and in direct contact with the thermal conductivity medium;

    the second wall of the thermally conductive housing being configured to form a plurality of spaced apart condensing fins;

    a plurality of thermal conductivity rods, each of the plurality of thermal conductivity rods having a first end and an opposed second end, the first end of each of the plurality of thermal conductivity rods being disposed in the thermal conductivity medium and spaced from the first wall of the thermally conductive housing and the second end of the each of the plurality of thermal conductivity rods extending into a respective one of the plurality of spaced apart condensing fins; and

    a plurality of thermally conductive side beams, each of the plurality of side beams having a first end and an opposed second end, each of the plurality of thermally conductive side beams being attached to at least a respective second end of each of the plurality of thermal conductivity rods.
