- a base layer;
a circuit layer disposed on the base layer and comprising a plurality of clock signal lines;
an organic light emitting diode disposed on the circuit layer and comprising a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the organic light emitting layer;
a thin film sealing layer disposed on the organic light emitting diode;
a plurality of touch signal lines disposed on the thin film sealing layer; and
a conductive portion disposed between the plurality of clock signal lines and the plurality of touch signal lines and extending through an overlapping area where at least some of the clock signal lines and at least some of the touch signal lines overlap each other when viewed in a plan view,wherein;
a plurality of first through holes are defined in the conductive portion, and each of the plurality of first through holes is surrounded by the conductive portion when viewed in the plan view; and
the plurality of first through holes do not overlap the overlapping area in the plan view.
