- a first arm having an extending member, the first arm including a tube defining a lumen and configured to receive a length of a suture material, the lumen configured to receive a pressurized fluid that travels from a first end portion of the tube of the first arm to a second end portion of the tube of the first arm; and
a second arm defining an aperture, the second arm being rotatably coupled to the first arm and being configured to rotate with respect to the first arm, the second arm including a tube defining a lumen and configured to receive a length of a suture material, the lumen configured to receive a pressurized fluid that travels from a first end portion of the tube of the second arm to a second end portion of the tube of the second arm,wherein the aperture of the second arm is configured to receive at least a portion of the extending member of the first arm.
