1. A terminal device that communicates with a base station device, comprising:
- a higher layer processing unit configured to set a second mode regarding transmission time interval through signaling of a higher layer from the base station device; and
a receiving unit configured to receive a channel in a first mode regarding transmission time interval in a case in which the second mode is not set and receive a channel in the second mode in a case in which the second mode is set,wherein the channel in the second mode is mapped to any one of one or more channel candidates set on a basis of the second mode, resources that can be mapped are notified as bitmap information by the higher layer signaling, wherein the bitmap information indicates whether the resource includes the channel candidate or not, anda number of symbols of a resource corresponding to the channel in the second mode is smaller than a number of symbols of a resource corresponding to the channel in the first mode.

[Solution] A terminal device that communicates with a base station device, including: a higher layer processing unit configured to perform SPDSCH setting through signaling of a higher layer from the base station device; and a receiving unit configured to receive a PDSCH in a case in which the SPDSCH setting is not performed and receive an SPDSCH in a case in which the SPDSCH setting is performed. The SPDSCH is mapped to any one of one or more SPDSCH candidates set on a basis of the SPDSCH setting. A number of symbols of a resource used for mapping of the SPDSCH is smaller than a number of symbols of a resource used for mapping of the PDSCH.
