1. A radio frequency multiplexer, comprising:

  • a plurality of ports including a common port, a first port for a first frequency band, a second port for a second frequency band, and a third port for a third frequency band;

    a plurality of quadrature hybrid couplers (QHCs) including a first QHC, a second QHC, and a third QHC;

    a plurality of pairs of tunable filters including a first pair of tunable filters and a second pair of tunable filters, wherein;

    the first pair of tunable filters are coupled between the first QHC and the second QHC, and are configured to pass the second frequency band and not pass the first frequency band and the third frequency band;

    the second pair of tunable filters are coupled between the first QHC and the third QHC, and are configured to pass the third frequency band and not pass the first frequency band and the second frequency band;

    the first QHC, the first pair of tunable filters, and the second QHC are configured to separate the first frequency band from the common port to the first port, and separate the second frequency band from the common port to the second port; and

    the first QHC, the second pair of tunable filters, and the third QHC are configured to separate the first frequency band from the common port to the first port, and separate the third frequency band from the common port to the third port; and

    an additional tunable filter coupled between the first port and the first QHC, and configured to pass the first frequency band.
