1. A display apparatus that displays content, the display apparatus comprising:

  • a controller that receives distribution data including a plurality of display schedules and content from a content distribution apparatus; and

    a storage that stores the distribution data, whereinthe controller;

    prepares a playlist based on the distribution data,determines whether or not replacement rule data that is information regarding replacement content is stored in the storage,determines whether or not one or more of the content that matches the replacement rule data is included in the playlist when the replacement rule data is stored in the storage,replaces the one or more of the content with one or more of the replacement content, the replacement content being stored in the storage where the replacement rule data is stored, and updates the playlist, when the one or more of the content that matches the replacement rule data is included in the playlist,displays the one or more of the replacement content based on an updated playlist,when the replacement rule data is not stored in the storage, displays the one or more of the content included in the distribution data,when a file name includes a time representing character string regarding a display duration, displays the replacement content on a basis of the display duration determined by the time representing character string,when the replacement content has an attribute regarding the display duration, displays the replacement content on a basis of the display duration indicated by the attribute, andwhen the replacement content does not have the attribute regarding the display duration, and the time representing character string is included in a file name stored in the replacement rule data, displays the replacement content for the display duration determined by the time representing character string.
