System for monitoring an industrial cleaning process or machine, wherein a plurality of operating devices are used for controlling the process or operation of the machine, the system comprising a processing unit and a plurality of sensors for sensing operating parameters of the process or machine, the sensors providing parameter dependent signals to the processing unit, characterized in that at least one set of at least two sensors sensing mutually dependent parameters is provided, and in that the processing unit is programmed with at least one algorithm using as input signals the parameter dependent signals of a set of sensors sensing mutual dependent parameters, wherein the algorithm comprises an alarm setting for at least one of the input signals, said alarm setting being activated by at least the other input signal, wherein the processing unit generates an alarm message if said one input signal matches the alarm setting.

A system is described for monitoring an industrial cleaning process or machine. A plurality of operating devices are used for controlling the process or operation of the machine. The system comprises a processing unit and a plurality of sensors for sensing operating parameters of the process or machine. The sensors provide parameter dependent signals to the processing unit. At least one set of at least two sensors sensing mutually dependent parameters is provided and the processing unit is programmed with at least one algorithm using as input signals the parameter dependent signals of a set of sensors sensing mutual dependent parameters. The algorithm comprises an alarm setting for at least one of the input signals and this alarm setting is activated by at least the other input signal. The processing unit generates an alarm message if the input signal matches the alarm setting
