A flame-retarded resin composition contains: (A) an ABS resin; (B) an aromatic phosphate having a melting point of 80° C. or more and being represented by the following general formula (I):
, wherein R1 to R4 are, the same or different, a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, excluding the case where R1 to R4 are all hydrogen atoms; X is a bond, —CH2—, —C(CH3)2—, —S—, —SO2—, —O—, —CO— or —N═N—; n is an integer of 0 or 1; and m is an integer of 0 to 5; and (C) a novolak-type phenolic resin.

blending aromatic phosphate into ABS resin, the aromatic phosphate having a melting point of 80° - C. or more and being represented by the following general formula (I);
, wherein R1 to R4 are, the same or different, hydrogen or alkyl having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, with the proviso that R1 to R4 cannot all be hydrogen;
