Abstract

An information collecting portion collects predetermined information. A position detecting portion detects the position of a portable terminal device at the present time. A managing portion manages the predetermined information collected by the information collecting portion and the information of the position, detected by the position detecting portion when the information collecting portion collects the predetermined information, together.

Claims

1. A portable terminal device, comprising:

information collecting means for collecting predetermined information;

position detecting means for detecting the position of said portable terminal device at the present time; and

managing means for managing the predetermined information collected by said information collecting means and the information of the position, detected by said position detecting means when said information collecting means collects the predetermined information, together.

2. The portable terminal device, according to claim 1, further comprising time detecting means for detecting the present time, said managing means managing the predetermined information collected by said information collecting means, the information of the position, detected by said position detecting means when said information collecting means collects the predetermined information, and the information of the time, detected by said time detecting means when said information collecting means collects the predetermined information, together.

3. The portable terminal device, according to claim 1, wherein said information collecting means collects identification information of an operator.

4. The portable terminal device, according to claim 1, wherein said information collecting means comprises a bar code reader.

5. The portable terminal device, according to claim 1, wherein said position detecting means detects the position at the present time and the present time through a GPS (Global Positioning System).

6. The portable terminal device, according to claim 1, wherein said position detecting means receives position information and time information from nodes of a LAN (Local Area Network) and detects the position at the present time and the present time from the received position information and time information.

7. The portable terminal device, according to claim 1, further comprising transmitting means for transmitting the predetermined information collected by said information collecting means and the information of the position, detected by said position detecting means when said information collecting means collects the predetermined information, together.

8. The portable terminal device, according to claim 1, wherein said information collecting means comprises:

speech recognizing means for recognizing voices; and

information reading means for reading identification information from a voice recognized by said speech recognizing means.

9. The portable terminal device, according to claim 1, wherein said information collecting means comprises:

fingerprint recognizing means for recognizing fingerprints; and

information reading means for reading identification information from a pattern of a fingerprint recognized by said fingerprint recognizing means.

10. A portable terminal device, comprising:

an information collecting portion which collects predetermined information;

a position detecting portion which detects the position of said portable terminal device at the present time; and

a managing portion which manages the predetermined information collected by said information collecting portion and the information of the position, detected by said position detecting portion when said information collecting portion collects the predetermined information, together.

11. The portable terminal device, according to claim 10, further comprising a time detecting portion which detects the present time, said managing portion managing the predetermined information collected by said information collecting portion, the information of the position, detected by said position detecting portion when said information collecting portion collects the predetermined information, and the information of the time, detected by said time detecting portion when said information collecting portion collects the predetermined information, together.

12. The portable terminal device, according to claim 10, wherein said information collecting portion collects identification information of an operator.

13. The portable terminal device, according to claim 10, wherein said information collecting portion comprises a bar code reader.

14. The portable terminal device, according to claim 10, wherein said position detecting portion detects the position at the present time and the present time through a GPS (Global Positioning System).

15. The portable terminal device, according to claim 10, wherein said position detecting portion receives position information and time information from nodes of a LAN (Local Area Network) and detects the position at the present time and the present time from the received position information and time information.

16. The portable terminal device, according to claim 10, further comprising a communication device which transmits the predetermined information collected by said information collecting portion and the information of the position, detected by said position detecting portion when said information collecting portion collects the predetermined information, together.

17. The portable terminal device, according to claim 10, wherein said information collecting portion comprises:

a speech recognition device which recognizes voices; and

an information reading portion which reads identification information from a voice recognized by said speech recognition device.

18. The portable terminal device, according to claim 10, wherein said information collecting portion comprises:

a fingerprint recognition device which recognizes fingerprints; and

an information reading portion which reads identification information from a pattern of a fingerprint recognized by said fingerprint recognition device.

19. An information management system, comprising:

a portable terminal device, comprising information collecting means for collecting predetermined information, position detecting means for detecting the position of said portable terminal device at the present time, and managing means for managing the predetermined information collected by said information collecting means and the information of the position, detected by said position detecting means when said information collecting means collects the predetermined information, together, said portable terminal device further comprising transmitting means for transmitting the predetermined information collected by said information collecting means and the information of the position, detected by said position detecting means when said information collecting means collects the predetermined information, together;

receiving means for receiving the information transmitted from said transmitting means of said portable terminal device; and

managing means for managing the information received through said receiving means.

20. An information management system, comprising:

a portable terminal device, comprising an information collecting portion which collects predetermined information, a position detecting portion which detects the position of said portable terminal device at the present time, and a managing portion which manages the predetermined information collected by said information collecting portion and the information of the position, detected by said position detecting portion when said information collecting portion collects the predetermined information, together, said portable terminal device further comprising a first communication device which transmits the predetermined information collected by said information collecting portion and the information of the position, detected by said position detecting portion when said information collecting portion collects the predetermined information, together;

a second communication device which receives the information transmitted from said first communication device of said portable terminal device; and

a managing portion which manages the information received through said second communication device.

21. An information management method, comprising the steps of:

a) collecting predetermined information;

b) detecting the position at which said step a) is performed; and

c) managing the predetermined information collected in said step a) and the information of the position, detected in said step b) when said step a) is performed, together.

22. The information management method, according to claim 21, further comprising the step of d) detecting the present time,

said step c) managing the information collected in said step a), the information of the position, detected in said step b) when said step a) is performed, and the information of the time, detected in said step d) when said step a) is performed, together.
