Abstract

An X-ray image photographing apparatus includes an image obtaining portion for obtaining an X-ray distribution transmitted through an object, a grid detecting system having a construction for obtaining information from a grid side by the action of inserting the grid for decreasing scattered rays into the apparatus, and detecting at least one of the presence or absence of the grid, the kind of the grid and the presence or absence of the replacement of the grid by the use of the construction, an image processing system for image processing and outputting image data collected by the image obtaining portion, and a memory portion preserving therein a plurality of sets of image processing parameters for controlling the image processing system. The image processing system selects the image processing parameters preserved in the memory on the basis of at least the result of the detection by the grid detecting system and executes image processing.

Claims

1. An X-ray image photographing apparatus having:

an image obtaining portion for obtaining an x-ray distribution transmitted through an object;

a grid detecting system having a construction for obtaining information from a grid side by the action of inserting the grid for decreasing scattered rays into said apparatus, and detecting at least one of the presence or absence of said grid, the kind of said grid and the presence or absence of the replacement of said grid by the use of said construction;

an image processing system for image-processing and outputting image data collected by said image obtaining portion; and

a memory portion preserving therein a plurality of sets of image processing parameters for controlling said image processing system;

wherein said image processing system selects the image processing parameters preserved in said memory on the basis of at least the result of the detection by said grid detecting system and executes image processing.

2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said image obtaining portion has a semiconductor plane sensor.

3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said image obtaining portion has a semi-accelerated fluorescent material sheet.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said grid detecting system has a switch member which effects switching correspondingly to the shape of a predetermined region of said grid, and at least one of the presence or absence of said grid, the kind of said grid and the presence or absence of the replacement of said grid is detected by the switching of said switch member.

5. An X-ray image photographing apparatus having:

an image obtaining portion for obtaining an X-ray distribution transmitted through an object;

a grid detecting system having a construction for obtaining information from a grid side by the action of inserting the grid for decreasing scattered rays into said apparatus, and detecting at least one of the presence or absence of said grid, the kind of said grid and the presence or absence of the replacement of said grid by the use of said construction;

an image inputting portion by which photographing information as to which portion of said object is photographed is inputted;

a memory portion preserving therein the information of an applicable grid corresponding to said photographing information; and

a judging portion for judging the propriety of the adaptation of said grid on the basis of at least the photographing information inputting by said inputting portion and the result of the detection by said grid detecting system.

6. The apparatus of claim 5, further having a display portion for displaying the result of the judgment of said judging portion.

The apparatus of claim 5, wherein said grid detecting system has a switch member which effects switching correspondingly to the shape of a predetermined region of said grid, and at least one of the presence or absence of said grid, the kind of said grid and the presence or absence of the replacement of said grid is detected by the switching of said switch member.

8. An X-ray image photographing apparatus having:

sensor means for obtaining an X-ray distribution transmitted through an object;

grid detecting means for obtaining information from a grid side by the action of inserting the grid for decreasing scattered rays into said apparatus to thereby detect at least one of the presence or absence of said grid, the kind of said grid and the presence or absence of the replacement of said grid; and

image processing means for determining an image processing parameter on the basis of at least the result of the detection by said grid detecting means for image data collected by said sensor means and executing image processing.

9. An X-ray image photographing apparatus having:

sensor means for obtaining an X-ray distribution transmitted through an object;

grid detecting means for obtaining information from a grid side by the action of inserting the grid for decreasing scattered rays into said apparatus to thereby detect at least one of the presence or absence of said grid, the kind of said grid and the presence or absence of the replacement of said grid;

input means for inputting photographing information as to which portion of said object is photographed; and

judging means for judging the propriety of the adaptation of said grid on the basis of at least the photographing information inputted by said input means and the result of the detection by said grid detecting means.

10. A grid device for use in an X-ray image photographing apparatus having:

a grid portion;

a holding frame holding said grid portion; and

information providing means provided on said holding frame, said information providing means being designed to provide information to said X-ray image photographing apparatus side by the inserting action when the grid device is inserted into said X-ray image photographing apparatus.

11. The device of claim 10, wherein said information providing means has a projection for operating a microswitch provided on said X-ray image photographing apparatus side.

12. The device of claim 10, wherein said grid portion is made movable relative to said holding frame.
