Abstract

An electronic service system is formed by a main site server system and a partner site server system. The main site server system carries out a remote updating of contents of tie-up pages at the partner site server system, when the authentication between the main site server system and the partner site server system succeeds. The partner site server system maintains tie-up pages related to a partnership between the main site and the partner site, and original pages of the partner site.

Claims

1. An electronic service system, comprising:

a first server system, capable of carrying out communications with client systems of electronic service users, which is configured to provide electronic services as a main site; and

a second server system, capable of carrying out communications with the first server system and the client systems, which is configured to provide the electronic services as a partner site of the main site;

the first server system having;

a first server authentication processing unit configured to carry out authentication with the second server system; and

an updating unit configured to carry out a remote updating of contents of tie-up pages at the second server system, at a prescribed timing when the authentication succeeds; and

the second server system having;

a second server authentication processing unit configured to carry out authentication with the first server system, at a time of receiving the remote updating;

a tie-up page unit configured to maintain the tie-up pages related to a partnership between the main site and the partner site; and

an original page unit configured to maintain original pages of the partner site.

2. The electronic service system of claim 1, wherein the updating unit carries out the remote updating in forms of data overwriting updates or link updates.

3. The electronic service system of claim 1, wherein the first server system transmits a content confirmation message for urging a site manager of the second server system to carry out a content confirmation before carrying out the remote updating;

the second server system presents a message for urging the site manager to carry out the content confirmation upon receiving the content confirmation message, and returns an affirmative message indicating an affirmation by the site manager when an input indicating the affirmation is entered from the site manager; and

the updating unit of the first server system carries out the remote updating upon receiving the affirmative message.

The electronic service system of claim 1, wherein the second server system also has a log recording unit configured to record a first log information generated in relation to accesses from the client systems to the tie-up pages, and a second log information generated in relation to accesses from the client systems to the original pages.

The electronic service system of claim 4, wherein the first server system also has a management unit configured to acquire all or a part of the first log information and the second log information recorded by the second server system or receive a notification of said all or a part of the first log information and the second log information from the second server system at a prescribed timing, and carry out a prescribed management for the first server system and the second server system according to said all or a part of the first log information and the second log information.

6. The electronic service system of claim 5, wherein the management unit carries out the prescribed management regarding users of the second server system.

7. The electronic service system of claim 5, wherein the management unit carries out the prescribed management which is a security management with respect to the second server system.

8. The electronic service system of claim 5, wherein the management unit carries out the prescribed management regarding a partnership handling fee to be charged from an operator of the first server system to an operator of the second server system.

The electronic service system of claim 8, wherein the management unit calculates the partnership handling fee by accounting for at least one of said all or a part of the first log information and the second log information, a number of the tie-up pages, a ratio between the number of the tie-up pages and a number of the original pages, and types of optional management services provided by the first server system with respect to the second server system.

10. The electronic service system of claim 8, wherein the management unit calculates the partnership handling fee by accounting for a discount when the second server system acquired a number of accesses over a prescribed number.

11. The electronic service system of claim 8, wherein the management unit charges a prescribed extra partnership handling fee for each transaction of a commerce carried out in the tie-up pages at the second server system, with respect to the second server system in addition to the partnership handling fee.

The electronic service system of claim 8, wherein the second server system generates a certificate for certifying that said all or a part of the first log information and the second log information are not altered, and attaches the certificate to said all or a part of the first log information and the second log information, and

the first server system verifies that said all of a part of the first log information and the second log information are not altered according to the certificate attached to said all or a part of the first log information and the second log information.

13. The electronic service system of claim 1, wherein the second server system notifies a request made with respect to the tie-up pages immediately to the first server system, and

the second server system processes the request notified from the second server system.

14. The electronic service system of claim 1, wherein the second server system notifies a request made with respect to the tie-up pages immediately to the first server system,

the second server system notifies a command with respect to the request notified from the second server system, to the second server device;

and

the second server system processes the request according to the command notified from the first server system.

15. The electronic service system of claim 1, wherein the tie-up page unit inherits contents and a framework of the first server system as the tie-up pages.

16. The electronic service system of claim 1, wherein the tie-up page unit inherits only a framework of the first server system as the tie-up pages.

17. The electronic service system of claim 1, wherein the first server system gives information necessary for the second server system to construct the original contents, to the second server system upon making the partnership.

The partner site server system of claim 18, further comprising a log recording unit configured to record a first log information generated in relation to accesses from the client systems to the tie-up pages, and a second log information generated in relation to accesses from the client systems to the original pages.

20. The partner site server system of claim 19, wherein the log recording unit notifies said all or a part of the first log information and the second log information to the main site server system at a prescribed timing.

21. The partner site server system of claim 18, wherein the partner site server system notifies a request made with respect to the tie-up pages immediately to the main site server system.

22. The partner site server system of claim 18, wherein the partner site server system notifies a request made with respect to the tie-up pages immediately to the first server system, and processes the request according to a command with respect to the request that is notified from the main site server system.

23. The partner site server system of claim 18, wherein the tie-up page unit inherits contents and a framework of the main site server system as the tie-up pages.

24. The partner site server system of claim 18, wherein the tie-up page unit inherits only a framework of the first server system as the tie-up pages.

26. The main site server system of claim 25, wherein the main site server system transmits a content confirmation message for urging a site manager of the partner site server system to carry out a content confirmation before carrying out the remote updating;

and

the updating unit carries out the remote updating upon receiving an affirmative message indicating an affirmation by the site manager from the partner site server system.

27. The main site server system of claim 25, further comprising a management unit configured to acquire all or a part of the first log information and the second log information recorded by the partner site server system or receive a notification of said all or a part of the first log information and the second log information from the partner site server system at a prescribed timing, and carry out a prescribed management for the main site server system and the partner site server system according to said all or a part of the first log information and the second log information.

28. The main site server system of claim 27, wherein the management unit carries out the prescribed management regarding users of the partner site server system.

29. The main site server system of claim 27, wherein the management unit carries out the prescribed management which is a security management with respect to the partner site server system.

30. The main site server system of claim 27, wherein the management unit carries out the prescribed management regarding a partnership handling fee to be charged from an operator of the main site server system to an operator of the partner site server system.

31. The main site server system of claim 25, wherein the updating unit carries out the remote updating of the tie-up pages which are maintained by the partner site server system by inheriting contents and a framework of the main site server system.

32. The main site server system of claim 25, wherein the updating unit carries out the remote updating of the tie-up pages which are maintained by the partner site server system by inheriting only a framework of the main site server system.

18. A partner site server system, capable of carrying out communications with client systems of electronic service users, for providing electronic services as a partner site of a main site server system that is providing the electronic services as a main site, the partner site server system comprising:

an authentication processing unit configured to carry out authentication with the main site server system, at a time of receiving a remote updating of contents of tie-up pages at the partner site server system from the main site server system;

a tie-up page unit configured to maintain the tie-up pages related to a partnership between the main site and the partner site; and

an original page unit configured to maintain original pages of the partner site.

25. A main site server system, capable of carrying out communications with client systems of electronic service users, for providing electronic services as a main site of a partner site server system for providing the electronic services as a partner site, the main site server system comprising:

an authentication processing unit configured to carry out authentication with the partner site server system; and

an updating unit configured to carry out a remote updating of contents of tie-up pages at the partner site server system, at a prescribed timing when the authentication succeeds.

33. A site management method for a partner site server system, capable of carrying out communications with client systems of electronic service users, for providing electronic services as a partner site of a main site server system that is providing the electronic services as a main site, the site management method comprising:

carrying out authentication with the main site server system; and

receiving a remote updating of contents of tie-up pages at the partner site server system from the main site server system, at a prescribed timing when the authentication succeeds.

34. A site management method for a main site server system, capable of carrying out communications with client systems of electronic service users, for providing electronic services as a main site of a partner site server system for providing the electronic services as a partner site, the site management method comprising:

carrying out authentication with the partner site server system; and

carrying out a remote updating of contents of tie-up pages at the partner site server system, at a prescribed timing when the authentication succeeds.

35. A computer program product for causing a computer to control a partner site server system, capable of carrying out communications with client systems of electronic service users, for providing electronic services as a partner site of a main site server system that is providing the electronic services as a main site, the computer program product comprising:

first computer program codes for causing the computer to carry out authentication with the main site server system; and

second computer program codes for causing the computer to receive a remote updating of contents of tie-up pages at the partner site server system from the main site server system, at a prescribed timing when the authentication succeeds.

36. A computer program product for causing a computer to control a main site server system, capable of carrying out communications with client systems of electronic service users, for providing electronic services as a main site of a partner site server system for providing the electronic services as a partner site, the computer program product comprising:

first computer program codes for causing the computer to carry out authentication with the partner site server system; and

second computer program codes for causing the computer to carry out a remote updating of contents of tie-up pages at the partner site server system, at a prescribed timing when the authentication succeeds.
