Abstract

A communication system is provided with a group registration function, which is capable of setting a group mode with the reduced number of operation, and simply selecting one of full duplex communication and half duplex communication by a rider, as needed. When a power supply switch and a registration switch are turned on simultaneously, member ID registration is executed. When the power supply switch is turned on and then the registration switch is turned on, visitor ID registration is executed. Accordingly, the registration of a group mode can be simplified. After the registration is ended, at the time of turn-off of a visitor conversation switch, full duplex communication is performed among communication devices subjected to member ID registration, and at the time of turn-on of the visitor conversation switch, half duplex communication is performed between the master and all of the slaves.

Claims

1. A communication system with a group registration function, which includes a group mode for selectively registering, among a plurality of communication partners, at least one or more specific partners as each group, and which allows communication only between one group selectively registered and another group selectively registered,

wherein a plurality of said groups are allowed to be registered, and among said plurality of registered groups, one group to be selected as communication partners is switchable by a single operation.

2. A communication system with a group registration function including at least a power supply switch and a first switch for registering a group mode, wherein if said first switch is turned on when said power supply switch is turned on, a first group mode is registered, and if said first switch is turned on after said power supply switch is turned on, a second group mode is registered.

The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 2, wherein full duplex communication is performed between communication devices registered in said first group mode, and another communication type except for said full duplex communication is performed between communication devices registered in said second group mode.

4. The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 2, further including a second switch for selecting one of communications in said first and second group modes,

wherein one of the communications in said first and second group modes is selected in response to the turn-on state or the turn-off state of said second switch.

5. The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 4, wherein when said second switch is turned on during communication in the first group mode, the communication in the first group mode is switched to the communication in the second group mode.

The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 4, wherein full duplex communication is performed between communication devices registered in said first group mode, and another communication type except for said full duplex communication is performed between communication devices registered in said second group mode.

7. The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 2, wherein said first group mode is a group member registration mode, and said second group mode is a group visitor registration mode.

The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 7, wherein full duplex communication is performed between communication devices registered in said first group mode, and another communication type except for said full duplex communication is performed between communication devices registered in said second group mode.

9. The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 7, further including a second switch for selecting one of communications in said first and second group modes,

wherein one of the communications in said first and second group modes is selected in response to the turn-on state or the turn-off state of said second switch.

10. The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 9, wherein when said second switch is turned on during communication in the first group mode, the communication in the first group mode is switched to the communication in the second group mode.

11. The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 2, wherein said power supply switch and said first switch are additionally provided on a vehicle.

The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 11, wherein full duplex communication is performed between communication devices registered in said first group mode, and another communication type except for said full duplex communication is performed between communication devices registered in said second group mode.

13. The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 11, further including a second switch for selecting one of communications in said first and second group modes,

wherein one of the communications in said first and second group modes is selected in response to the turn-on state or the turn-off state of said second switch.

The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 13, wherein full duplex communication is performed between communication devices registered in said first group mode, and another communication type except for said full duplex communication is performed between communication devices registered in said second group mode.

15. The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 13, wherein when said second switch is turned on during communication in the first group mode, the communication in the first group mode is switched to the communication in the second group mode.

16. The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 11, wherein said first group mode is a group member registration mode, and said second group mode is a group visitor registration mode.

17. The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 16, wherein full duplex communication is performed between communication devices registered in said first group mode, and another communication type except for said full duplex communication is performed between communication devices registered in said second group mode.

18. The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 16, further including a second switch for selecting one of communications in said first and second group modes,

wherein one of the communications in said first and second group modes is selected in response to the turn-on state or the turn-off state of said second switch.

19. The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 18, wherein when said second switch is turned on during communication in the first group mode, the communication in the first group mode is switched to the communication in the second group mode.

20. The communication system with a group registration function according to claim 19, wherein full duplex communication is performed between communication devices registered in said first group mode, and another communication type except for said full duplex communication is performed between communication devices registered in said second group mode.
