Abstract

Novel human polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences are disclosed that can be used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and pharmacogenomic applications.

Claims

1. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding an amino acid sequence drawn from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOS:

2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20.

2. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence that:

(a) encodes the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO;

12; and

(b) hybridizes under stringent conditions to the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO;

11 or the complement thereof.

3. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:

4. The isolated nucleic acid of claim 3 wherein said nucleic acid is a cDNA or PCR product.

5. An isolated oligopeptide having a sequence of at least about 12 contiguous amino acids first disclosed in SEQ ID NO:
