1. Process for producing a three-dimensional bioartificial tissue having viable cells in or on a matrix and with which the cells and matrix can be cultivated to a tissue or a precursor of it, comprising the steps of:
- inserting at least one vessel supplied from the outside into a tissue at the beginning of its production; and
cultivating said tissue in a manner of hereby vessels propagate into the tissue and a vascularized bioartificial tissue is obtained.
