Abstract
An immunization-tracking method utilizes machine-readable devices such as bar code stickers 103A containing immunization product data to immunization product packaging 105A. An immunization provider 101A uploads the immunization product data from a reader 115A to a provider computer 117A. Individual identification data, date of immunization, and dose are entered at the time of immunization to provide an immunization tracking file in computer 117A. Immunization provider computers 117A, 117B and 117C are connected to an immunization-tracking network for processing by a network host computer by an immunization-tracking authority 102.
