Abstract

A system and method of performing a medical diagnosis in real time that can diagnose a health condition of a mobile terminal user in real time is disclosed. Various sensors provided in the mobile terminal sense a body condition, and a server diagnoses the health condition of the user from the sensed condition information, and informs the user of the corresponding health keeping plan and medical treatment as well. Thus, the user can conveniently check his/her health condition any time and anywhere.

Claims

1. A system for performing a medical diagnosis in real time comprising:

a detector for sensing a body condition;

a mobile terminal for repeating sensed body condition information by wireless; and

a server for analyzing the received body condition information, and informing a result of health checkup according to the analyzed body condition to the mobile terminal.

2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detector has at least one built-in sensor for detecting a temperature, vibration, conductive response and brain wave.

3. The system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a connector for electrically connecting the detector to the mobile terminal.

The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal is provided with a signal input/output slot composed of a first metal face for inputting/outputting a voice signal, a data signal, and a call control signal, and a second metal face, electrically insulated from the first metal face, for receiving input information of the sensor built in the detector.

5. The system as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the connector has a jag that is inserted in the signal input/output slot.

6. The system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the jag of the connector is inserted in the signal input/output slot, and is in contact with the second metal face.

7. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal is provided with a program for controlling an on/off operation of the detector, repeating by wireless sensed information transferred from the detector, and disclosing a result of the health checkup transferred from the server.

8. The system as claimed in claim 7, wherein the mobile terminal is provided with at least one key for selecting an on/off and control of the program.

9. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detector is built in the mobile terminal.

10. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the server is provided with a health-diagnosis program for performing a health checkup based on the received condition information, and repeating by wireless the result of health checkup and corresponding treatments to the mobile terminal.

The system as claimed in claim 10, wherein the server is provided with a database for storing information of a user, and a database program for inputting/outputting information to/from the database and updating the information stored in the database through interworking with the health-diagnosis program.

12. The system as claimed in claim 11, wherein the database program updates and stores the present result of health checkup obtained by the health-diagnosis program in a corresponding user area of the database.

13. The system as claimed in claim 11, wherein the database program stores a respective user'"'"'s history of the diagnosis results obtained by the health-diagnosis program in the database.

14. The system as claimed in claim 1, after a pilot channel is formed between the mobile terminal and the server, wherein the mobile terminal repeats the sensed condition information to the server through the predefined reverse pilot channel.

15. The system as claimed in claim 1, after a pilot channel is formed between the mobile terminal and the server, wherein the server informs the result of body diagnosis to the mobile terminal through the predefined forward pilot channel.

16. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal displays the condition information sensed by the detector.

18. The method as claimed in claim 17, further comprising a fourth step of transferring a result of examining the health condition and a corresponding health keeping plan to the mobile terminal after the third step.

19. The method as claimed in claim 18, further comprising the step of storing the result of examining the health condition and the corresponding health keeping plan in the server.

20. The method as claimed in claim 17, wherein the first step detects user'"'"'s temperature, pulse, and impedance value per body region through sensors provided in the mobile terminal.

21. The method as claimed in claim 17, wherein the third step provides the body condition information extracted by the server to a medical institution or a protector.

17. A method of performing a medical diagnosis in real time in a wireless network system having a mobile terminal and a server, the method comprising:

a first step of the mobile terminal sensing a body condition of a mobile terminal user;

a second step of repeating a wireless signal including the sensed body condition information to the server; and

a third step of the server examining a health condition by extracting the body condition information from the repeated wireless signal.

22. A method of performing a medical diagnosis in real time in a wireless network system having a mobile terminal and a server, the method comprising:

a first step of the mobile terminal detecting a pulse of a mobile terminal user through sensors provided in the mobile terminal;

a second step of the server examining a health condition of the user from a property and condition of the detected pulse; and

a third step of the server transferring a prescription and a health keeping plan according to the examining to the mobile terminal.

25. The method as claimed in claim 24, wherein the first step detects the conductive response value from the electric response impedance value between specified regions of a user'"'"'s cranium.

26. The method as claimed in claim 24, wherein the third step transfers music and/or light and/or image for improving the analyzed psychology of the user from the server to the mobile terminal.

28. The system as claimed in claim 27, wherein the sensors detect a bioelectric impedance value or frequency impedance value between the specified body regions.

29. The system as claimed in claim 27, wherein the mobile terminal repeats by wireless a signal including the detected conductive response value and user information of the mobile terminal.

30. The system as claimed in claim 27, wherein the server performs a user authentication by extracting user information of the mobile terminal from the received wireless repeated signal.

31. The system as claimed in claim 30, wherein the server determines whether to transmit the wireless repeated signal to the diagnosis terminal according to success/failure of the user authentication.

32. The system as claimed in claim 27, wherein the mobile terminal displays the result of health checkup and/or the corresponding treatment informed from the server by voice and/or text.

33. The system as claimed in claim 27, wherein the server stores the result of health checkup and/or the corresponding treatment received from the diagnosis terminal in a storage area allocated to the mobile terminal user.

34. The system as claimed in claim 27, wherein the server informs a pre-stored diagnosis history of the mobile terminal user along with the result of health checkup and/or the corresponding treatment currently received from the diagnosis terminal.

23. A method of performing a medical diagnosis in real time in a wireless network system having a mobile terminal and a server, the method comprising:

a first step of detecting an electric response impedance value per body region of a mobile terminal user through sensors provided in the mobile terminal;

a second step of the server diagnosing a nutritive condition, degree of fatness, and moisture distribution of the user from the detected impedance value per body region; and

a third step of the server transferring a treatment according to the diagnosis to the mobile terminal.

24. A method of performing a medical diagnosis in real time in a wireless network system having a mobile terminal and a server, the method comprising:

a first step of detecting a conductive response value of a mobile terminal user through sensors provided in the mobile terminal, and repeating the detected conductive response value by wireless;

a second step of the server analyzing a psychology of the user from the conductive response value repeated by wireless; and

a third step of the server transferring a treatment for improving the analyzed psychology to the mobile terminal.

27. A system for performing a medical diagnosis in real time comprising:

sensors for sensing a conductive response value between specified body regions;

a mobile terminal for repeating the sensed conductive response value by wireless; and

a server for transmitting a wireless repeated signal received from the mobile terminal to another diagnosis terminal, and informing a result of health checkup and/or a corresponding treatment received from the diagnosis terminal to the mobile terminal.

35. A method of performing a medical diagnosis in real time in a wireless network system having a mobile terminal, a server, and a diagnosis terminal, the method comprising:

a first step of the mobile terminal sensing a body condition of a mobile terminal user;

a second step of repeating a wireless signal including the sensed body condition information to the server;

a third step of the server transmitting the repeated wireless signal to the diagnosis terminal;

a fourth step of the diagnosis terminal examining a health condition by extracting the body condition information from the repeated wireless signal; and

a fifth step of transferring a result of health checkup and/or a corresponding treatment transmitted from the diagnosis terminal to the mobile terminal through the server.
