1. A work conveyance method, in which a work constructed in a subline is conveyed to an assembly zone of a body moving along a mainline, which includes:
- a transfer process, in which the work is transferred from the subline;
a moving process, in which the work is moved in a lower part than a floor side of the mainline parallel to the floor side and supplied to the supply position that is underneath said assembly zone;
a lifting process, in which the work is risen from said supply position to said assembly zone.
