a heater element, the heater element comprising a conductive ink and a substrate;
said substrate comprising Mylar film;
said conductive ink comprising FD 3500 CL UV curable conductive ink;
said conductive ink being affixed to the substrate by coating the substrate with conductive ink and curing, setting and hardening the conductive ink by ultraviolet light;
a pouch, said pouch comprising Liquiflex®
50C-104 protective packaging film, the pouch having a first side and a second side,the heater element being removably insertable between the first side and second side of the pouch;
said pouch being insertable into the pocket;
a temperature connector, said temperature connector attaching to the conductive ink;
a temperature controller attaching to the temperature connector; and
a power source connected to the conductive ink to supply power for heating the conductive ink, said temperature controller attaching to the power source for regulating the amount of power supplied to the conductive ink.

said conductive ink being affixed to the substrate by coating the substrate with conductive ink and curing, setting and hardening the conductive ink by ultraviolet light;
a pouch, the pouch comprising Liquiflex®
