1. A system for implanting an implant at an anatomical site in the body of a patient, comprising:
- an envelope comprising a lumen sized to enclose said implant, and a first end and a second end, said first end and said second end disposed at opposite ends of the longitudinal axis of said envelope; and
a tab, said tab being joined to one of said first end and said second end of said envelope, wherein said tab is grasped by said operator for positioning said implant in said body.
