a delivery handle comprising a proximal button and a distal button;
said proximal button and said distal button operatively joined to the retractable point wherein each of the proximal button and the distal button move the retractable point in a plurality of positions.

moving the retractable point to an extended position; and
delivering said implant to said anatomical site in the body of the patient.
