A training device for golf, which device consists of an elongate device with an upper and a lower part (3, 4), which device is mounted substantially vertically, and where the lower part (4) of the training device forms a base for holding the training device in the correct position during use, characterized in that on an attachment device (1) on the upper part (3) there is attached a flexible body (7) connecting a golf ball (6) with the training device, where the flexible body (7) is also attached to the golf ball.
