Abstract
A computer based e-business planning system and method enabling an entity to formulate an e-business strategy and implementation plan. The system and method direct the planner of the entity to make an e-business plan in eight aspects of e-business by completely considering the technology and business, the internal and external environment of the entity. Furthermore, the system and method direct the planner to make an effective action plan in the aspects of “implications”, “execution strategy”, “entry point”, “activities”, and “target state” step by step. In addition, the invention directs the planner flexibly to adjust the plan as needed.
