Abstract

The nucleotide and amino acid sequences of two novel human G protein coupled receptors are described.

Claims

1. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence that comprises at least 24 contiguous nucleotides from SEQ ID NO:

3. An isolated nucleic acid molecule according to claim 1, wherein said molecule is a cDNA.

2. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence that:

(a) encodes the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO;

2; and

(b) hybridizes under stringent conditions to the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO;

1 or the complement thereof.

4. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence that encodes the amino acid sequence drawn from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:

2 and SEQ ID NO;

5. An isolated expression vector comprising the nucleotide sequence drawn from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:
