Abstract

The invention relates to a cube-shaped profile element (1) provided with more than six identical side surfaces (2), wherein preferably eight slits (3 and 4) are arranged at an angle of 45 degrees to each other about an axis of symmetry of the side surface (2) and wherein a central bore is provided (7). Through the slits (3, 4) behind the side surface (2) Insertable closing elements can be inserted through the slits (3, 4) behind the side surface (2). The profile element (1) is preferably hollow and is constructed from six identical, side-surface forming plates (2). All plates (2) are provided with eight-cornered edges (5 and 6), whereby the plates (2) are connected via one edge (5) and the other edges (6) each form an opening (8) at the corners of the cube-shaped profile elements (1). Very modular, stabile construction systems are produced using said elements (1) and cross-shaped profil strips having an acceptable appearance when connected with clamp profiles, wherein said elements (1) each form an optically acceptable closure at the edges of the skeleton structure.

Claims

1. Cube-shaped profile element (1) with six identical side surfaces (2), in each of which there are at least two slots (3 and 4), which are diametrically opposite each other with respect to the axis of symmetry of the side surface (2), through which interlocking elements (90;

91, 92) that can be hooked behind the side surface (2) can be inserted.

2. Profile element (1) as claimed in claim 1, characterized by the fact that in each side surface, there are eight slots (3 and 4) oriented at an angle of 45 degrees to one another around the axis of symmetry of the side surface (2) and/or a central boring (7).

3. Profile element (1) as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, characterized by the fact that the profile element (1) is hollow and is comprised of six identical plates (2) that form the side surfaces.

Profile element (1) as claimed in claim 3, characterized by the fact that each plate (2) is octagonal with edges (5 and 6), whereby only the one edge (5) of each plate (2) abuts a neighboring plate (2) and the other edges (6) each form an opening (8) on the corners of the cube-shaped profile element (1).

Profile strip (30) for use with a cube-shaped profile element (1) as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized by the fact that the profile strip (30) is cross-shaped, and on its ends has four cavities to hold interlocking elements, which cavities are symmetrical to the longitudinal axis of the profile strip (30) and are located in the ends of the cross, by means of which interlocking elements the profile strip (30) can be

connected with the cube-shaped profile element (1) via the slots (3 and/or 4) of the cube-shaped profile element (1).

6. Profile strip (30) as claimed in claim 5, characterized by the fact that on each side of the cross-shaped profile strip (30), there are lateral grooves (24) and peripheral grooves (23) on each cross end.

Clamp profile (41, 42, 43) for use with a profile strip (30) as claimed in claim 6, characterized by the fact that it has a center area (45) that covers the space between two cross elements (33) of the profile strip (30), and in its terminal areas (46) makes a transition into the hook area (47, 48) that is engaged in the lateral grooves (24) of the cross-shaped profile strip (30).

Foot (50) for use with a cube-shaped profile element (1) as claimed in claim 4, characterized by the fact that it has two overlapping octagonal plates (52 and 53), whereby on the lower base plate (52), a threaded rod (51) is fastened, that the upper plate (53) has a central boring with a female thread, so that it can be screwed onto the threaded rod (51), that the upper plate (53) has at least one locking hook (54) which can be located in a predetermined slot (3 or 4) of a cube-shaped profile element (1), so that by rotating the plates (52, and 53) with respect to one another, the height of the cube-shaped profile element (1) can be adjusted with respect to the base on which the base plate (52) of the foot (50) sits.
