Abstract

An information processing apparatus is comprised of a data input device for inputting informations, a memory for storing the informations input by the data input device, a processor for processing the informations in a form of a plurality of pages, a displaying device for displaying the informations formed in a unit of the pages, a device for registering image data in respect of owner name input by the data input device, a device for judging whether or not a predetermined process is done at one of the pages, and a device for storing the image data at a predetermined position of the one of the pages by a judged result of the judging device, wherein when the one of the pages is displayed, the stored image data is displayed with the informations.

Claims

1. An information processing apparatus comprising:

(a) data input means for inputting informations;

(b) memory means for storing said informations input by said data input means;

(c) processing means for processing said informations in a form of a plurality of pages;

(d) displaying means for displaying said informations formed in a unit of said pages;

(e) means for registering image data in respect of owner name input by said data input means;

(f) means for judging whether or not a predetermined process is done at one of said pages; and

(g) means for storing said image data at a predetermined position of said one of said pages by a judged result of said judging means, wherein when said one of said pages is displayed, said stored image data is displayed with said informations.

2. An information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a registration of said image data by said registering means is executed on an individual registration page.

3. An information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said image data is stored when said selected one of said pages has a renewal information and when said one of pages has done said predetermined process.

4. An information processing apparatus according to claim 1,

wherein said data input means is a tablet.

5. An information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said image data is a type character transferred to a hand tracing letter by a character recognition.

6. An information processing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein said image data is a trace image of a signature input by user.

7. An information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said predetermined process is a defining process for storing input information on a page.

8. An information processing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein said defining process is executed in the moment that said information processing apparatus is changed from the page input renewal information displaying condition to the other-page displaying condition.

9. An information processing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein said defining process is executed in the moment that said information processing apparatus transmits the data of page input renewal informations to a recording device connected thereto as a peripheral apparatus.

10. An information processing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein said defining process is executed in the moment that said information processing apparatus is off in its power when page input renewal informations are displayed.

11. An information processing apparatus comprising:

(1) data input means for inputting informations;

(2) memory means for storing said informations input by said data input means;

(3) processing means for processing said informations in a form of a plurality of pages;

(4) displaying means for displaying said informations formed in a unit of said pages;

(5) clock means for counting time and generating image data of said time;

(6) means for judging whether or not a predetermined process is done at one of said pages; and

(7) means for storing said image data at a predetermined position of said one of said pages by a judged result of said judging means, wherein when said one of said pages is displayed, said stored image data is displayed with said informations.

12. An information processing apparatus comprising:

(A) data input means for inputting informations;

(B) memory means for storing said informations input by said data input means;

(C) processing means for processing said informations in a form of a plurality of pages;

(D) displaying means for displaying said informations formed in a unit of said pages;

(E) means for generating image data expressing copying;

(F) means for judging whether or not a copying process for making the same page data at one of said pages is done; and

(G) means for storing said image data at a predetermined position of said page data made by said copying process, wherein when said page data made by said copying process are displayed, said stored image data is displayed with said informations.
