Abstract

Novel human polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences are disclosed that can be used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and pharmacogenomic applications.

Claims

1. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:

1 or SEQ ID NO;

2. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence that:

(a) encodes the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO;

2; and

(b) hybridizes under stringent conditions to the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO;

1 or the complement thereof.

3. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:

4. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:

5. A substantially isolated prote in having the kinase activity of the protein shown in SEQ ID NO:

2 or SEQ ID NO;

4, which is encoded by a nucleotide sequence that hybridizes to SEQ ID NO;

1 or SEQ ID NO;

3 under highly stringent conditions.
