Abstract
A hybrid electro luminescence (EL) panel and a driving method thereof using advantages of an organic EL panel and inorganic EL panel comprise a first substrate having luminescent substance formed with organic substance, and a second substrate having luminescent substrate formed with inorganic substance, and construct the first substrate and the second substrate to be overlapped with each other, and thereby, a brightness can be improved, the panel can be scaled up, a life span of the panel is increased, and color balance can be controlled easily.
