The method includes the steps of: processing input information to produce output digital signals corresponding to characteristics for a benefit plan that is viable at one location, but not viable at a location of the benefit; communicating the characteristics to an international human resource outsourcing computer; and generating, with the computer, a study showing the benefit plan for the international employees of the outsourced client. The method can be carried out with a replacement benefit plan as the benefit plan.
