The method includes the computer-assisted equipment transmitting a message to the remote computer. The remote computer determines that a service program available on said remote computer is suitable for use with the computer-assisted equipment, wherein the determination is based on the message. The method continues with the remote computer influencing operation of the user interface of the computer-assisted equipment in accordance with the service program.
