- a client platform having a user interface for order entry, the user interface including a data provisioning option configured to allow a user to select at least one of a data routing scheme and a method to be used to route data from the user;
a server platform connected to the client platform by a network, the server platform configured to receive an order from the client platform, and forward the order; and
an application server configured to;
receive the order from the server platform, download information associated with the order to the intelligent network, and transmit a state change message to the server platform, in response to the order being implemented in the intelligent network.

The server platform (24) is capable of sending a query to a calling card provisioning system (28). An application server (30) upon receiving an order from the server platform (24) downloads the order to the intelligent network (32) and transmits a state change message to the server platform (24).
