A method of treating cancer that expresses ErbB2 comprising administering to a human a therapeutically effective amount of an antibody which binds ErbB2 and a therapeutically effective amount of a second drug selected from the group consisting of an EGFR targeted drug and a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, wherein the antibody and the second drug are administered separately or in combination, and in either order.
